Despite the age-old quest to define the nature of happiness and identify its root cause(s), there is still no universal consensus on how happiness can be truly achieved. Recent scientific research has identified a number of factors that seem to correlate with happiness. Join our panelists as they examine these factors from a variety of biological, philosophical, and psychological perspectives, exploring such questions as why we pursue happiness and desire it throughout our lives, how we measure the level of our happiness, and how we can strive to achieve this most elusive state of being.
